REFUND POLICY

Exchanges and returns are available for products within 3 days of delivery. Items must be in their original condition with all tags intact. No exchange or refund is possible for used, worn, or unpacked products. Pick-up is free (Indian addresses only) All refunds are processed within 10 days after the parcel is picked up. Refund notes are prepared only after the parcel is in its original condition with all labels and tags intact. The refund will be initiated in your account within 2 bank working days.
